🌿 Eco Coaching for Government Professionals

Sustainability without the scratchy beige sweater.

You can have standards. You should. Eco doesn’t mean ugly, joyless, or basic. It means better.

Who It’s For

Especially designed for professionals in government or public service who:

Are tired of burnout disguised as "mission", Want their habits to match their values — without looking like a compost bin, Feel stuck in unconscious patterns like: doomscrolling, performative urgency, late-night online shopping, saviour complex, or thrift-shopping as penance — and wondering why it’s not connecting with the next generation. Are ready to refine their inner life as much as their outer one

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about doing less, with elegance, clarity, and better taste.

🌱 What You’ll Do

A personal reset — practical, elegant, and tailored to your standards.

This isn’t therapy, and it’s not a performance. It’s a conversation followed by a focused, deeply relaxing guided process that rewires the unconscious patterns keeping you stuck.

We’ll meet on Zoom. You’ll need: A quiet space where you won’t be interrupted, A chair with a neck rest (or a sofa, or bed with pillows behind you), Headphones (if you like), water, and maybe a light blanket

Here’s how the session flows:

  • Scenic landscape of a turquoise lake surrounded by rolling green hills and towering mountains under a cloudy sky.

    💬 1. Talk (30 mins)

    We begin with real conversation.
No jargon, no cold forms. Just you and me getting honest about what’s going on — your goals, what’s been getting in the way, and what shift would feel meaningful. This is relaxed but intentional. You won’t be “coached at.” You’ll be heard.

  • A modern house on a green hillside with a mountain range in the background, snow-capped peaks under a cloudy sky.

    🪑 2. Settle In (15 mins)

This isn’t about candles and chanting — but it is about getting physically comfortable.
    We’ll adjust your setup together:

If you don’t have a neck-rest chair, you might lie back on your couch or prop yourself up in bed

You’ll get a moment for the bathroom, to grab a drink, and prepare to really let go

This part matters. Your body needs to trust the setup before your mind can follow.

  • A modern wooden building with large glass windows is set against a mountain landscape with dry grass and sparse trees in the foreground.

    🌀 3. Hypnosis (30 mins)

Don’t picture a stage show. This is subtle, elegant, and fully in your control.
You’ll enter a deeply relaxed, focused state — something like meditation with a purpose — where your unconscious mind becomes more available to change.

I’ll guide you gently through what you’ve chosen to shift. You may feel dreamlike, or simply very clear.
Either way, you stay present, and you stay yourself.

  • Modern house with wooden siding and stone stairs, set against a backdrop of green hills and snow-capped mountains.

    🪞 4. Reflect (15 mins)

You’ll come out of hypnosis feeling grounded, usually lighter, often surprised at how vivid it all felt.
We’ll reflect briefly on what stood out, any metaphors or shifts, and how to carry it into your day or week ahead.

Afterward, you’ll receive:

🎧 A recording of your session (MP3), A PDF of your stated goals and session insights, A guide for practicing on your own, beautifully designed, Ongoing support for any questions.
